The big chain pizza places for me have always been a staple, but it wasn’t until I visited a friend who had a pizza oven in their garden that sparked my interest to create pizza from scratch.
From that point it was inevitable that I would end up where I am today, spending weeks perfecting the dough that I love eating and taking inspiration from multiple visits to various regions of Italy (which I call my second motherland!). I’m now proud to serve freshly made authentic pizza to our customers.
